These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Colkemon.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or Colkemon.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Colkemon for commercial use.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without prior written consent
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's functionality
- Post, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the platform in any way that could harm minors
- Circumvent any access controls, digital rights management systems, or security features
4.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, or share content on the platform — including comments, discussion contributions, or feedback — you grant Colkemon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, and software, is the property of Colkemon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content.
5.3 Trademarks
The Colkemon name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Colkemon. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain seminars, courses, or features on the platform may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.
6.2 Billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Colkemon does not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, completed digital content access is generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@colkemon.com within 14 days of the transaction.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Colkemon does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9.1 No Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Colkemon's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Colkemon in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to the Platform
Colkemon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
13. Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Colkemon regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
